This is a unique opportunity to join Real Estate & Facility Services strategic team as Transaction Manager where you will be accountable for executing transactions and contractual changes across both real estate and facility services.
In this role you will turn approved strategies and roadmaps into concrete outcomes by driving transactions preparing decision-ready business cases and ensuring a smooth transition from transaction to operational deliveryalways with a strong focus on cost efficiency contractual quality and governance.
Meet your future team
As our new Transaction Manager you will be part of the Performance Excellence team within Real Estate & Facility Services (REFS). The team bridges strategic intent and operational reality by ensuring that real estate portfolio decisions are planned in alignment with strategic ambitions and executed based on best practices.
You will work closely with Facility Managers (regional and local) project teams and corporate functions including Finance Procurement and Legal. You will act as the transaction process owner coordinating inputs internally and externally providing recommendations for Senior Management.

Your Role
As our new Transaction Manager you will be responsible for executing real estate and facility-related transactions and acting as a commercial and contractual advisor to the operational organization.
More specifically your tasks will be to:
- Provide commercial and contractual input to real estate and facility roadmaps.
- Drive footprint optimisation by proactively seeking out opportunities for leases and owned real estate by executing transactions end-to-end including (lease negotiations renegotiations terminations exits broker agreements and selected FM contractual changes.)
- Act as the single point of contact for REFS in transactions consolidating input from Facility Managers project managers and Centers of Excellence (e.g. technical space IT)
- Plan and execute negotiation strategies in close collaboration with Procurement
- Identify and proactively pursue market and commercial opportunities to improve cost efficiency and contractual outcomes
- Develop calculate and present business cases and recommendations in close collaboration with Finance
- Coordinate inputs from Finance Procurement Legal and external counterparts ensuring alignment and timely decision-making
- Act as contract management advisor to operational teams ensuring contracts are structured correctly in systems
- Act as gatekeeper for contract change procedures ensuring governance documentation and approvals are in place
- Ensure a structured transition from transaction to operation including handover and contract training for relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and present high-quality management material and recommendations for leadership and governance forums
- Drive continuous improvement of transaction processes standards and ways of working
You will report to the Head of Performance Excellence. The role is based in Denmark with some travel expected.
What You Will Bring
You are commercially strong structured and comfortable operating across contracts numbers and stakeholders. You enjoy taking ownership of complex execution topics and ensuring that strategy is delivered through high-quality agreements and operationally sound outcomes.
Moreover we expect that you have:
- A relevant academic background such as . . or similar
- Experience with real estate leases sales and acquisitions and/or facility service contracts
- Strong financial understanding and experience developing business cases and commercial recommendations
- Solid contract knowledge combined with a pragmatic business-oriented mindset
- Experience collaborating with Finance Procurement Legal and Operational teams
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate and present complex topics clearly and professionally
- Professional proficiency in English written and spoken
Experience from corporate real estate functions is an advantage.
