Are you a numbers pro who can also connect with customers Do you know the difference between a good deal and a great experience Our busy CDJR dealership is looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager who can help customers secure financing while protecting the dealership and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:
- Present financing and protection product options clearly and professionally
- Work with lenders to secure competitive financing approvals
- Structure deals in compliance with all regulations and lender guidelines
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all finance paperwork
- Offer service contracts GAP and protection products to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership staff
- Help maximize profitability while maintaining a great customer experience
What Were Looking For:
- Automotive F&I experience preferred (CDJR experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Professional and customer-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong computer skills and dealership software experience
- Confident but not pushy
- Honest and trustworthy
- Motivated by performance
- Great with people and paperwork alike
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license
