Job Summary
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Mission-Critical Flow Systems for Spaceflight. Operational management of our logistics workflow.

Without flow there is no production. Without precision there is no reliability. Without structure there is no scaling. Logistics is the pacemaker and heart of the mission.
Your tasks in detail and priorities:
- Your tasks in detail and by priority:Ensure material flow: 100% on-time material provision for production no production delays due to internal logistics optimized storage and provision processesphysical delivery and pickup trips.
High performance: Precision at speed. - Responsible for inventory and warehouse strategy: Transparent inventory structure avoidance of overstock and bottlenecks working capital optimization physical sorting packaging goods receipt and dispatch
Accountability: Own your impact. - Process stability and compliance: Clear documentation and traceability compliance with quality and safety standards structured goods receipt and shipping processes
Candor: Problems are made visible not hidden. - Establishing KPI transparency: Guaranteeing on-time delivery internally >98% measurably increasing inventory turnover minimizing error rates in goods receipt
- Increasing structure & efficiency: Layout optimization identifying process automation using ERP/WMS cleanly and disciplinedly
Relentless execution. - Prepare logistics for growth: Scalable warehouse strategy preparation for production ramp-up supplier & transport partner optimization.

YOUR PROFILE
- Ownership:You manage yourself independently identify problems early on and solve them. You work in a structured manner under pressure think in terms of systems and take responsibility for your results.
- Education:Successfully completed training/degree with a focus on logistics or similar preferably additional as a nachelor of proessional in logistics
- Professional experience: At least two years of experience Several years of experience in logistics/production logistics/supply chain in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems
- Understanding of processes in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of KPIs and key performance indicators
- Very good organizational skills
- Forklift license required truck drivers license (C2 or higher) preferred
- Very good knowledge of German and English
