Affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine Not-for-Profit Healthcare System
A well-established not-for-profit community-focused healthcare organization in the Naugatuck Connecticut area is actively seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join its expanding primary care team. Through its academic affiliation with the Yale School of Medicine physicians have opportunities to engage in teaching and scholarly collaboration.

Position Overview
Deliver comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care
Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes hypertension and cardiovascular conditions
Provide preventive care annual wellness visits and health screenings
Coordinate patient care with specialists and hospital-based providers
Participate in shared call coverage
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Contribute to practice quality and patient engagement initiatives
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
Active or eligible DEA registration
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Commitment to compassionate community-focused care
