Summary
Join a collaborative Gastroenterology team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. This role offers a week on / week off rotation providing a predictable schedule and strong work-life balance while supporting inpatient GI services. During your service week you will partner with experienced colleagues to manage urgent and emergent procedures in a collegial team-focused environment.
Schedule
- Week On / Week Off Rotation: One full week on followed by one week off.
- Night Call: Off-premise call during your on-week. You may be called in for urgent or emergent procedures scheduled in the operating room that cannot wait until the next day.
- Weekend Coverage:
- Saturday: Urgent inpatient procedures requiring anesthesia scheduled 9:00 AM 1:00 PM in the Endoscopy Unit.
- Sunday: Emergent procedures performed in the operating room as needed.
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range: expected minimum $752000 could be as high as $plus per yearbased on production incentive levels achieved
- Tiered production incentive model
- 8435 wRVU (or greater) annually achieves highest tier
- Premium conversion factor of $89.25 at highest tier
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
