Our team is growing and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring that all processes procedures and services comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will include implementing quality management systems conducting audits and providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for all transport and logistics services provided by DSV;
• Monitor adherence to regulations and standards and take corrective actions when necessary;
• Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
• Communicate with other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards including those related to safety and environmental impact;
• Keep track of changes in regulatory requirements and standards and ensure company compliance;
• Respond to compliance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the transport and logistics industry;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or a related field will be considered an advantage;
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance within the transport and logistics industry (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 HACCP GDP);
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
