09Job Description - Marketing Manager Events
The Team:
The Marketing Events team is a dynamicglobally mindedgroup that drives brand awareness and client engagement across the Americas through strategic event planning and execution. Reporting to the Associate Director Event Marketing (Americas) our team values collaboration innovation and excellence in delivering world-class events that strengthen relationships with clients and industry partners. Responsibilities and Impact:
Lead planning scheduling and execution of multiple event formats including owned conferences third-party tradeshows industry expos and client engagements across LATAM markets.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to maximize event registrations generate marketing qualified leads and drive measurable ROI.
Manage comprehensive eventlogisticsincluding venue selection vendor negotiations sponsorship coordination agenda development and on-site support.
Oversee vendor relationships speaker coordination and partner management to ensure seamless event execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Track and analyze attendee data manage RSVP processes and deliver post-event reporting on key metrics including lead generation and business impact.
Coordinate event calendars budgets and cross-functional alignment with sales product and regional teams to maximize business outcomes.
What Were Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing Business Communications or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in event management event marketing or field marketing withdemonstratedsuccess in trade shows and conferences.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor management stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient understanding of marketing best practices and campaign development.
Expertisein MS Office Suite social media platformsAIand CRM/event management tools.
Ad-hoc travelrequiredfor event support and on-site delivery.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with events in the Energy Commodities or Financial Services sectors.
Familiarity with marketing automation and event platforms such as Salesforce Marketo and CVENT.
Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite for marketing collateral development.
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish or Portuguese) to support LATAM market engagement.
