This is your first step into the working world.
How It Works
Phase 1: 3-Week Work Readiness Bootcamp
(Daily Travel Allowance Provided During Training Phase)Receive intensive hands-on training in:
- Professional communication skills
- Business English
- Interview preparation
- Computer & system training
- Customer service & sales fundamentals
- Workplace discipline & professionalism
Only committed and high-performing learners will progress
Phase 2: 12-Month Accredited Learnership (Paid Opportunity)
Learners who successfully complete the bootcamp may:Be placed on a 12-month accredited learnership
Earn a monthly stipend
Receive a nationally recognised qualification
Be considered for permanent employment within ATM
Our goal is to absorb top performers into permanent roles after the learnership.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have completed Matric (Grade 12)
- Must be currently unemployed
- Clear criminal record
- Good communication skills
- Willing to commit fully to the 3-week programme
