The CAPACITI - Systems Support Full Stack Development & Automation Testing Academy - Cape Town 2026 equips aspiring technologists with the in-demand digital capabilities needed in todays evolving tech landscape.
CAPACITI supports the transition from foundational IT knowledge to specialised industry-ready skills that match global and local workforce needs.
Monthly Stipend: R6000 p.m. (for the duration of the Academy)

Requirements
Application Criteria
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen.
- Aged 1834.
- Minimum NQF Level 6 or equivalent qualification.
- IT fundamentals (advantageous but not required).
- Academic transcripts and highest qualification certificate.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and understanding of IT concepts (hardware software networking).
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- No criminal record and a clear credit history.
- Must be unemployed at the time of application.
- Ability to attend full-time Monday to Friday 08:0017:00 and commit to the full 12-month academy.
- Employment Equity candidates preferred with strong consideration for Women in Tech and Persons with Disabilities (PWD).
