Were looking for a Technology and Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology data and this role youll partner closely with teams across the business to streamline workflows improve system integrations and help us get more value from our technology investments-today and into the future. Most of Ramakers employee-owners work remotely from their homes but have the option to work from our Madison WI office if they prefer an onsite or hybrid work environment. Occasional travel to the Madison office may be required.

Your day to day as a TECHNOLOGY AND DATA ANALYST
What matters most
To thrive as a Technology and Data Analyst you should possess a degree in a technology related field and should have professional-level experience working with business stakeholders to define needs and translate them into actionable system requirements.
You will be able to demonstrate the:
- Use of effective change management strategies and communication skills
- Ability to manipulate datasets
- Ability to connect and integrate applications using APIs integration platforms or custom scripting
- Ability to drive tasks to completion in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to use broad guidelines to solve complex problems by analyzing key factors and alternative solutions.
Experience with Power BI Python SQL Server/SQL experience AI-assisted workflows and experience supporting enterprise platforms could be highly valuable in this role.
