What youll do
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary social work team providing clinical and administrative supervision coaching and performance management.
- Elevate care coordination across Case Management Utilization Management and clinical teams to drive timely patient-centered transitions and shorten length-of-stay for complex pediatric patients.
- Shape programs and policy: partner with the Director on strategy staffing budgeting performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives across the Medical Center and JHHS network.
- Build bridges with community partners academic programs and internal committees to standardize best practices support research/education and advance population health.
- Provide direct clinical services as needed and support training/supervision of students and volunteers.

- Proficiency with electronic health records and data-driven quality improvement.
- Preferred: specialty certifications (OSW-C ACM-SW APSWH-C).

Salary Range: Minimum 45.65/hour - Maximum 79.91/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
