Working as an HR Administrative Assistant at Nexperia means that you will work in a pleasant office environment in the city center of Budapest.

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive person to provide administrative and procedural support to our HR Accounting and General Services activities across Europe.
You will work closely with HR Finance and operational teams to ensure smooth processes accurate documentation and timely execution of internal services.


As HR Support to our French location (60%) you:

  • Coordinate employee entry and exit processes including contracts onboarding formalities access/IT requests and documentation.

  • Manage benefitinkind processes and related documentation.

  • Handle employee contributions (Henner Mercer medical/disability insurance contracts etc.).

  • Prepare and maintain memos employer legal obligations (including DUERP) and compliance-related documentation.

  • Maintain and update the organizational chart and SharePoint HR repositories.

  • Monitor and track annual leave records and related queries.

  • Coordinate Médaille du Travail nominations and processes.

  • Organize and follow up on medical check-ups with occupational health providers.

As support to Accounting & General Service Support (40%) you:

  • Process expense claims ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

  • Manage purchase orders including creation tracking and follow-up.

  • Process invoices and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payment.

  • Support the resolution of invoice-related issues by liaising with suppliers and internal teams.

  • Handle daily post mail processing for relevant sites or business units.

  • Support fleet management for company cars including contracts registrations claims and coordination with leasing partners.

  • Support mobile/cell phone fleet management including subscriptions device allocation and service issues.

What you will need

  • Experience in HR administration HR support office administration or similar roles.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills; high attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple administrative processes simultaneously.

  • Good understanding of HR processes and general administrative workflows.

  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook SharePoint).

  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach.
