OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To look after maintenance of production equipment & Machinery while adhering to EHS Standards

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.To understand and follow AZDP and Associated standards

2.To attend Breakdowns Service Overhaul & Repair Production& Associated Equipment

3.To collate record Energy Meter Readings

4.To maintain a record of Breakdowns and Spares consumed

5.To organize and maintain spares and record their stock inwarding & Outwarding

6.To maintain 5S of the area

7.To operate PDB MCCB DBs Lighting DBs & perform Changeover

8.To Operate DG Compressors and other utility equipment

9.To perform Corrective Preventive Predictive & Condition Based Maintenance

10. To operate basic Equipment like EOT Crane etc

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in Electrical Maintenance of Medium Heavy Industry and should have West Bengal Govt approved Electrical License

Knowledge and experience AZDP Standards such as Electrical Safety LOTO Work at Height Permit to work Hot work

Knowledge and experience in Contactors Relay Drive MPCB MCCB and different cercuit breakers Etc

• Experience in maintenanceof CNC Hydraulic Press& Conversant with Hydraulic Circuits
• Maintenance of laser Cutting M/C & VMC
• Hands on knowledge of EOT crane maintenance
• Preferably Experienced in maintenance of MHEs (Forklifts Combilift etc)
• Preferably Experienced in maintaining Paint Booths Pumps and Shot blasting
• Preferably Experienced in maintaining Welding machines

EDUCATION:ITI/ Diploma In Electrical Engineering

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

Strong Experience in Maintenance with 4 plus years of exposure to the industry.

1.Understanding of Electrical Devices like star-Delta starter Induction motor Electromagnetic Brake Load cell Isolation Transformer Stabilizer

2. Knowledge in Current Transformer Voltage transformer VCB ACB Current measurement of any equipment

3.Assembly & Dismantling of Machines & Equipment Fabrication work like Welding & Gas Cutting

4. Experience in Welding Machines Manipulators EOT Cranes Wire Rope Paint Booths Paint Pumps Shot Blasting Compressor & Electrical schematic
