Job Summary
Job Title: Field TechnicianLocation: ChennaiWorking Days: 6 Days a WeekJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled and reliable Coffee Machine Technician responsible for installation servicing and repair of coffee and vending machines at client locations. The role requires hands-on technical expertise troubleshooting ability and customer interaction skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission coffee/vending machines at client sites
- Perform routine maintenance including cleaning descaling and calibration
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Replace faulty components such as pumps boilers valves and grinders
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime
- Respond to breakdown/service calls on time
- Test machines post-service to ensure proper functioning and quality output
- Provide basic training to clients on machine usage and maintenance
- Maintain service records and report issues to the supervisor

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical Mechanical or related field (preferred)
- 6 months5 years of experience in servicing vending machines / appliances / equipment
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with tools and diagnostic equipment
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location
- Coffee / Vending machine companies
- Appliance service industry
- HoReCa equipment servicing
- Water purifier / ATM / electrical service technicians
- Field-based role involving client visits
- Requires physical work including handling and lifting equipment
