We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Maintenance In-Charge to oversee and manage maintenance operations of our manufacturing facilities at Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in powder coating plant maintenance robotic welding systems hydraulic systems power press machines TIG/MIG welding machines and overall utility maintenance.
Role & responsibilities
Experience :- 05 - 15 Years
Salary :- 6 to 9 Lacs Depending on experience
About Company
Our client is a Metal products manufacturing company with an In-house Design Sampling and Production setup. They have the capabilities of manufacturing small components to large-scale Metal Products. Having 20 yrs of a successful track record of manufacturing and marketing products in India and overseas. As part of their growth and diversification plans they recently commissioned a world-class state-of-the-art fully automatic PSBB Production Line from Italy. The material flow of Punching Shearing Buffering and Bending system PSBB can be automated with different modules to manufacture Sheet Metal Components and sheet metal equipment to be supplied to small medium large scale and Multinational Consumer and Industrial Equipment manufacturers across India. Sprawling over 1.5 Lac sqft of area the two factories have a workforce of more than 400 people in different departments.
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Maintenance In-Charge to oversee and manage maintenance operations of our manufacturing facilities at Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in powder coating plant maintenance robotic welding systems hydraulic systems power press machines TIG/MIG welding machines and overall utility maintenance.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete plant maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of Powder Coating Plant.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Robotic Welding Systems.
- Maintenance of Hydraulic and Power Press Machines.
- Repair and servicing of TIG/MIG Welding Machines.
- Oversee Utility Maintenance including compressors DG sets electrical panels air lines water systems etc.
- Plan and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
- Minimize machine breakdowns and ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Maintain maintenance records breakdown reports and spare inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial regulations.
- Coordinate with production team for maintenance planning.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate tasks effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in industrial automation and robotic systems preferred.
- Ability to handle maintenance team and vendor coordination.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance systems.
- Sheet Metal / Automotive / Fabrication / Engineering Manufacturing Industry
