MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To supervise and coordinate theatre pharmacy processes and systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Oversee theatre stock ordering processes and ensure optimal stock levels
Co-ordinate stock holding processes for theatre products
Oversee the stock distribution process
Manage theatre consignment stock
Supervise and develop team members
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:4 year Nursing Diploma or Degree
DESIRED EDUCATION: None
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:5 7 Years practical theatre experience; Computer literacy (MS Word Excel Outlook)
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:Management experience
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Understanding of stock control processes and systems
- Trouble shooting in out of stock situations
- Verbal communication skills
- Basic theatre techniques
- Knowledge of theatre procedures and related stock items
