Youll be in sales meetings on-site at their properties capturing content and analysing whats working (and what isnt) all in the same week.
This is not a role where youll be handed a playbook. Youll be expected to figure things out move fast and bring your own return youll get exposure that would take years to accumulate elsewhere.

What the job involves...
Managing content calendars and social posting across LinkedIn Instagram and Facebook
Running and optimising paid media campaigns across Meta and Google
Analysing performance data and turning it into clear action points
Sitting in sales meetings and contributing a marketing perspective
Briefing and managing external digital partners across paid SEO and listings
Supporting brand rollouts campaigns launches and leasing activity
Keeping websites listings and Google Business profiles sharp and up to date
Using AI tools to work smarter across content reporting and ideation
What you need to be considered...
23 years experience in marketing agency background strongly preferred
Relevant degree or diploma in marketing communications or similar
Solid grasp of digital channels Meta Ads Google Ads SEO and analytics
Comfortable with data: you can read a campaign report and know what to do next
Strong communicator written verbal and confident in a room with senior people
Basic design chops Canva at minimum Adobe Suite a plus
Reliable transport and a valid drivers licence
Must be able to legally work in South Africa
Bonus points if you...
Come from an agency environment and know what it means to work under pressure
Have side projects or an entrepreneurial streak this genuinely counts here
Have experience with CRM or email tools like HubSpot Mailchimp or Zoho
Can edit short-form video (CapCut Premiere whatever gets it done)
Have a genuine interest in property logistics or challenger brands
