Job Description

Business Reviews & Reporting
- Working together with Controllership and Corporate Technology team to support Management Report Month End Closing (MEC) Process.
- Monitor and execute timely Management Report MEC process including Product Closing process.
- Prepare and maintain internal FP&A Factbook and Forecast reports.
Analysis & Insights
- Conduct audit flux analysis and provide actionable business commentary.
- Track and analyze GMV transactions daily rates and marketing spend allocations across products and locales.
Systems & Process Management
- Partner with CT Anaplan team on system enhancements and reconciliations.
- Manage FP&A internal timeline and activity trackers.
- Support creation of project/service request to accommodate evolving reporting needs.
Audit & Compliance
- Support annual audit reconciliations.
- Ensure management reports align with audited standards.
Projects & Enablement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product enablement and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements

University Bachelor / Master Degree majoring in Finance Management or Accounting from reputable universities.
4 years of working experience preferably in FP&A Controllership and/or corporate planning and budgeting role.
Self-motivated responsible strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
Strong analytical interpersonal and communication skills.
Mature willing to learn and contribute.
Advance skills in MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. Knowledge in ANAPLAN is an advantage.
Experience in working with large datasets.
Comfortable working in fast paced dynamic environment.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
