The Machine Operator follows production and process specifications or instructions and monitors meters gauges valves flow ratios temperatures pressures computer systems and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. This individual tends manual automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production operation and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow production and process specifications or instructions to ensure adherence to product requirements.
Monitor meters gauges valves flow ratios and computer systems to maintain strict process control.
Tend manual automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous processing operation.
Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures rules and 5S standards.
Participate in training and development programs including EHS SOP and Magma training.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
0-2 years previous experience.
Mathematical aptitude mechanical/technical aptitude and logical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner.
Motivated towards productivity improvements safety and quality awareness
