Were recruiting across four teams within Motor Retail Pricing.
Risk Pricing:
Implementing new pricing features and data enrichments
Investigating drivers of Actual vs Expected risk cost gaps
Working with Trading to take changes to market
Insights:
Developing actionable insight reports
Machine Learning and regular MI to guide pricing decisions
Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities
Trading:
Running price optimisation in Radar
Proposing and testing rate changes
Portfolio management
Projects:
Co-ordinatination of team-wide pricing processes
Facilitating crossteam project delivery
Optimising pricing architecture
What youll need
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Ability to communicate complex information simply
Experience with SQL or Python
Understanding of multivariate modelling
