The ideal Sommelier has:

• Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced luxury environment;
• A charismatic personality able to ensure that guests are given an exciting andmemorable experience;
• Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor the Sommelierteam;
• A tenacious passion to succeed and develop: WSET L3 or advanced CMS preferred;
• Ideally experience with ordering and stock rotation;
• Exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
• Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team;
• Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
