Assistant Director of Sales Weddings (Hyderabad)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Director of Sales - Weddings to join our organization in Udaipur this pivotal leadership role you will drive sales growth lead a high-performing team and establish our brand as a premier wedding services provider in the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies while maintaining exceptional customer relationships and exceeding revenue targets.
- Lead mentor and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand market share in the wedding and events segment
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients vendors and corporate partners
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure and customer onboarding
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform business strategy and positioning
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics prepare detailed reports and present insights to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to sales team members to enhance their skill set
- Manage customer relationships and address escalated concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Customize service offerings based on client needs and market demands
- Participate in industry events networking activities and trade shows to build brand awareness
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales experience with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Strong knowledge of the wedding events or hospitality industry (preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development and execution
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation closing and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret sales data and market trends
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts
- Leadership capabilities with experience in team building training and performance management
- Results-oriented mindset with a competitive drive and motivation to succeed
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications
- Willingness to travel within the region as required for client meetings and business development
