Role Summary:
The Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) is responsible for assisting the full cycle recruitment process for positions in Canada inclusive of screening candidates interview scheduling and offer letter generation. This role will require strong organizational skills and effective multitasking abilities.
Roles & responsibilities
- Assist in Canada recruitment for hourly & salary positions ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Coordinate recruitment process when liaising between candidates recruiters and hiring managers and confirming all recruitment activities adhere to company and legal standards.
- Administer the onboarding process for new hires in Canada ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
- Maintain and update the companys document management and ATS system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years HR experience in manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years experience in production level recruiting and recruiting coordination
- At least 5 years experience with HRIS/ATS systems
