- Partner with clinicaloperationaland digital teams to translate user insights into clear functional requirements and scalable system designs
- Analyse and optimiseendtoendworkflows across virtual and homebased care models
- Develop user stories functional specifications processmapsand acceptance criteria
- Support product discoverytestingand delivery across digital health platforms
- Use data tomonitorproduct performance customerexperienceand equity outcomes
- Contribute to business cases pricingstrategiesand product roadmaps
- Champion continuous improvement and adoption of emerging tech (AI interoperability automation)
- Ensure all solutionscomply withprivacy clinicalgovernanceand regulatory standards

- Excellent writtenverbaland visual communication skills
- A proactive adaptableself-drivenworking style
- Tertiary qualifications in business analytics IT product management healthadministrationor related fields
