Job Summary

Your contribution to something big:

We are looking for a SW Monitoring/DevOps Engineer with strong experience in the implementation of user-facing monitoring systems and the creation of observability concepts. This role will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end monitoring solutions that address the needs of internal customers and business stakeholders.

  • Lead the implementation of userfacing monitoring systems that provide realtime visibility into application health performance and reliability across digital platforms;
  • Define and develop observability concepts including metrics strategies logging standards dashboards and alerting principles aligned with business and internal customer needs;
  • Architect endtoend monitoring solutions tailored to diverse internal stakeholders ensuring scalability robustness and longterm maintainability;
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to instrument applications and services enabling highquality telemetry and actionable insights;
  • Support microservicebased and eventdriven architectures with strong observability practices including distributed tracing and event monitoring;
  • Contribute handson to development tasks (Java Python or similar languages) when required for instrumentation integration or proofofconcept activities.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

Education

  • Degree in Software Engineering Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field.

Experience

  • 35 years of experience in software engineering DevOps SRE or similar technical roles;
  • Proven experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions such as Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack or equivalent;
  • Experience working with microservicebased and eventdriven architectures.

Knowhow

  • Strong understanding of metrics logging tracing and alerting concepts;
  • Experience developing in Java Python or other enterpriselevel programming languages;
  • Ability to translate business and stakeholder needs into scalable monitoring architectures.

Languages

  • Very good English skills;

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in crossfunctional teams;
  • Analytical and critical thinker with a proactive solutionoriented mindset;
  • Comfortable working in dynamic resultsdriven environments with multiple priorities.
