Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join our global development team. This role is responsible for the development validation and industrialization of automotive components with a strong focus on battery systems and electromechanical technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3 years of proven experience as part of an engineering team
- Experience in cost savings
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams e.g. Purchasing Quality Suppliers Manufacturing Finance etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
- Project management proven experience
- Self-starter approach high motivation goal-oriented
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Mechatronics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive component development (HVAC and electrical)
