YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You supportbrand protection initiatives by ensuring salvage operations maintain luxury manufacturer standards and compliance with dealer agreements
- You managerelationships with auction houses authorized dealerships certified collision centers and specialized buyers to maximize recovery from luxury vehicle salvage operations
- You liaisewith legal counsel manufacturer representatives and executive leadership on high-value liability issues and premium vehicle loss mitigation strategies
- You maintainsecure handling storage and documentation protocols for high-value vehicles and OEM components across premium segments
- You receiveand conduct sophisticated damage assessments on luxury vehicles (BMW Mercedes-Benz Audi Porsche etc.) to make complex repair vs. total loss decisions
- You assistin developing dynamic pricing strategies by monitoring luxury market trends and analyzing recovery rates to prepare executive-level analytics and KPIs
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- ExperienceYou have 7-10 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or premium fleet management with 5 years in management/leadership roles
- EducationYou have a bachelors degree in Business Finance or Automotive Management and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Technical ProficiencyYou are proficient in sophisticated financial analysis automotive appraisal systems and Microsoft Office Applications with preferred certifications from luxury manufacturers (BMW Mercedes-Benz Audi) or ASA/AAA appraiser designation
- Soft SkillsYou demonstrate exceptional negotiation abilities premium service orientation and can multi-task effectively across complex salvage operations while maintaining professional communication with high-level stakeholders
- Commitment to ExcellenceYou are success-oriented with a proven track record of team leadership willing to take on complex challenges in luxury vehicle recovery and loss mitigation
- TravelYou are flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% to coordinate with premium storage facilities and manufacturer partners
