Role Purpose

The role holder will be an integral member of the Order to Cash division. Based in Mexico City the role supports all customer contract related activities. The team are responsible for contract checking order processing and related online entitlement and invoicing for Wood Mackenzies research clients. The role will directly support the global Sales and billing teams in all contracting aspects.

Main Responsibilities

You provide accurate and timely support for activities assigned to you and co-ordinate across the team and with other departments where required. These tasks include:

  • Auditing pre-checking formatting and processing of contracts which have a varying degree of complexity size & value to provide accurate & timely invoicing which enables correct access to content and diminishes commercial & legal risks to Wood Mackenzie

  • Ownership of the bridging process for contracts whilst negotiations are ongoing to ensure that they are legally compliant Wood Mackenzie revenue is protected and customer content access seamless

  • Ownership of auto-renewal contract process to ensure price increases are communicated ahead of re-issue of annual invoices

  • Work closely with the Billing team to ensure invoice accuracy of billing and delivery contact details

Secondary responsibilities

  • Monitoring customer data quality and orders internally via Salesforce dashboards to deal with any issues that arise

  • Liaising with Commercial Operations team to ensure internal control processes are followed

  • Support for internal projects related to contracting and invoicing via active contribution on project teams or via requests for data analysis

  • Liaise with internal departments and colleagues across all Wood Mackenzie Sales Customer Focus Finance Legal Risk.

Knowledge and Experience

Candidates should be professional with experience of working in a support or operations role. Excellent organisational and IT skills as well as flexibility and good time management are essential to succeed in this role.A working knowledge of would be beneficial.
