Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Support communication strategies and craft corporate-wide internal and executive communications messages for diverse audiences
- Liaise effectively with internal key stakeholders and overseas hubs to execute impactful communication initiatives from conception to delivery in a timely and effective manner
- Organise management visits curate engaging content for the CEOs blog on a variety of strategic topics as well as other internal communications platforms connecting different internal stakeholders in Hong Kong and overseas hubs
- Lead the design execution and delivery of the Corporations regular Employee Engagement Survey and related follow-up
- Coordinate with internal key stakeholders to promote the Corporations core values and culture
Requirements
- Degree in Communications Public Relations Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- A minimum of 8 years relevant experience preferably in communication and/or employee engagement
- Proficiency in strategic communication with excellent writing skills in English and Chinese
- Good project management and stakeholders management abilities
- Strong drive for excellence with sense of ownership sensitivity and creativity
- Knowledge in portal / system development is preferable
