Mercedes-Benz of Champaign is currently seeking an experienced automotive professional to join our team in a hybridSales Desk Manager / F&I Managerrole. This position plays a critical leadership role in driving dealership profitability maintaining compliance standards and delivering a first-class luxury customer experience.

Responsibilities
Desk and structure retail and lease deals to maximize front-end gross
Work directly with lenders to secure competitive approvals
Present and sell F&I products including service contracts GAP and maintenance plans
Maintain compliance with federal state and dealership regulations
Ensure timely funding and accuracy of all finance documentation
Assist sales consultants during negotiations and deal structuring
Monitor PVR penetration rates and overall deal profitability
Support and coach sales team members to improve performance
Deliver a professional and seamless luxury client experience
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Desk Manager Finance Manager or similar leadership role
Proven track record of strong deal structuring and finance production
Solid understanding of compliance and lender guidelines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Professional presence consistent with a luxury brand
Mercedes-Benz or luxury dealership experience preferred
