Location: The Learning Experience Ledgewood NJ
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Pay: $17 per hour
- Lead a 2-year-old classroom in a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate setting
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum through engaging age-appropriate activities
- Support daily routines including potty training meals rest time and transitions
- Mentor and guide assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency and quality
- Observe document and support childrens developmental progress
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication
- Maintain compliance with NJ DCF licensing requirements and center policies
- CDA credential preferred
- Minimum 6 months classroom experience with toddlers or preschool-aged children (1 year preferred)
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to meet all New Jersey childcare licensing and background requirements
