- Translate business needs into functional application requirements
- Lead and manage large projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Review system design cost estimates and project plans to support prioritization and resource allocation
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure efficient application operations
- Communicate complex technical and security concepts clearly to stakeholders
- Gather feedback from users to improve system functionality
- Mentor and guide junior team members and delegate tasks as needed
Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field
- 8 10 years of experience in asset management firms
- 3 5 years of experience in investment performance calculation and reporting projects
- 3 5 years of experience with IBOR systems supporting multiple asset classes
- Strong experience in data analysis using SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Technical & Soft Skills Technical Skills: - SQL for data querying and analysis
- Experience with IBOR systems in asset management
- Investment performance reporting and analytics
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of leveraged loans asset class
- Experience with FactSet and Eagle Performance
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- CFA or CIPM certification (preferred)
Soft Skills: - Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
