Programme Manager Lean repair Factory

An exciting opportunity currently exists to join the Civil Aerospace Aftermarket Operations team based in Derby. The Lean Repair Factory leads all aspects of the component repair for Trent family of engines. Reporting to the Programme Executive - Lean repair Factory this role will work closely with Repair Engineering Purchasing P&C and Engine teams as well as our global repair supplier network to execute projects that deliver a Lower Shop visit cost. The projects this role will be accountable for will deliver in excess of 150m of incremental cash improvements over the coming 5 years and will play a leading part in delivering a world class MRO network. Some domestic and international travel is likely to be required.
