This is a newly created role giving you a unique opportunity to shape its direction and impact from the very beginning. You will take an active part in supporting our factories and developing global operational reporting for UPM Adhesive Materials. From day one you will have ownership and be involved in how this position and our controlling practices evolve. - Tomasz Oczoś

Director Business Control Global Operations Adhesive Material.

What you will do

Support operational controlling for production plants ensuring clear and meaningful financial insights
Analyze costs key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget variances to help guide operational decisions
Prepare highquality reports and analyses for both local and global teams
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes as well as cost and productivityoptimization initiatives
Support the evaluation of CAPEX investment projects
Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and Power BI

Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience in controlling or finance
You bring practical knowledge of cost accounting and production economics
You are proficient in MS Excel and Power BI and comfortable working with datadriven tools
You have a very good command of English that enables clear and fluent communication
You work independently take initiative and communicate conclusions in a clear and actionable way
You are familiar with SAP; experience with the system is considered a strong advantage

Additional information

The position is located in our headquarters in Biskupice Podgórne (Wrocław) with regular work also carried out at our second production site in Nowa Wieś.

The position holder will report directly to the Director of Business Control for Global Operations.

This job requires regular work from office every week in hybrid working model (3 days per week from the office).

Please note that due to the factorys location public transportation options are limited so having your own means of transportation is highly recommended.
