Position Summary
Reporting to theParking Manager the Parking Supervisor will manage day-to-day event parking transportation atVenue Iowa State University.

This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00
This position will remain open until May 29 2026.
Responsibilities
- Maintaincore values while working onproperty.
- Inspect parking lots several times throughoutday.
- Ensuresafe and efficient traffic patterns for allguests.
- Assistmanagerwith event day operations ofparkinglotsand trafficflow.
- Assist Managerwith traffic management program and creating Traffic Command Center in SOCmonitoringreal-time parking data.
- Assist Managerwith enforcement of employee parkingprogram.
- Ensure event day checklists arefollowed & completedforentiretyofevent.
- Ensure campus is set up and lotsareready forevent.
- Report traffic incidents in lots to manager.
- Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parkingoperations.
- Perform inventory management.
- Assist Managerby gathering information to respond to guest inquires andinvestigatecomplaints/concerns.
- Assistingwith the continuous evaluation and adjustment pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program.
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent.
- Must have one (1)yearpreviousexperience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Core customercommunication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Must have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays weekday evenings weekends earlymorningsand late nights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.
- Previousexperience in event operations or parking operations is preferred but notrequired.
- Must be able to legallyoperatevehicles.
