Systems Analyst III - PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (Billing & AR)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central

We are seeking a senior-level Systems Analyst III with deep functional expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2 specifically within the Billing Customer Contracts and Accounts Receivable modules. This role requires a seasoned functional business analyst who can lead complex implementation efforts drive cross-functional collaboration and execute full lifecycle configuration and testing activities.

This is currently a fully remote opportunity. If business needs evolve toward a hybrid model in-office expectations will be discussed collaboratively with the selected candidate.

Position Overview

This senior analyst operates with significant autonomy leveraging 8 years of experience to evaluate business challenges recommend technology solutions and lead system implementation initiatives. The role demands strong analytical thinking functional configuration expertise and the ability to guide stakeholders through structured requirements gathering and business process optimization.

You will serve as a key functional lead during implementation collaborating with technical teams stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful system integration and performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead functional implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing
• Analyze business objectives operational workflows and system requirements
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and facilitate stakeholder workshops
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend configuration solutions
• Configure Billing modules and support integration with:
  • Customer Contracts
  • Accounts Receivable
  • External interface systems
• Execute end-to-end system integration testing including converted data validation
• Develop detailed functional specifications and business process documentation
• Evaluate system capabilities and scheduling constraints to determine feasibility
• Support training initiatives and user adoption activities
• Collaborate within large cross-functional teams using structured communication tools
• Provide documentation reporting analysis and project deliverables as required
• Participate in occasional off-hours work depending on project phase

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft FSCM implementations
• 8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing
• 8 years of experience performing full lifecycle system integration and external interface testing
• Strong understanding of integration between Customer Contracts and Accounts Receivable modules
• Experience gathering requirements and conducting structured fit-gap analysis
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Visio
• Experience collaborating with large teams using Microsoft Teams and channel-based communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting public sector organizations at the federal state or local level
• Experience with CAPPS Financials (Comptroller of Public Accounts environment)
• Experience using Jira for issue tracking and backlog management
• Experience working within a Scrum or Agile framework
