As a Biz Ops Associate you will take on cross-functional projects critical to Regals success with an initial and primary focus on driving digital distribution and growth marketing strategies. This is a hands-on high-velocity role designed for a generalist who thrives on testing iterating and scaling new initiatives.

This role will start owning and optimizing our growth marketing engine but is designed as a springboard into broader business operations. Youll begin by driving performance across core marketing channels and building a scalable data-driven growth machine. As you master the funnel and demonstrate impact youll take on increasingly cross-functional initiatives working with Regal executives that meaningfully shape company strategy and execution.

Above all you are datadriven: you hypothesize tinker iterate and ruthlessly cut tactics that dont perform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead Special Projects: As you master the marketing funnel you will spin up and lead other cross-functional initiatives that meaningfully impact the business.
    • Drive Growth Operations: Own and execute performance marketing channels (SEO SEM AEO GEO) and manage paid ad spend budgets.
    • Manage Digital Presence: Own our social media presence and content calendar ensuring alignment between brand messaging and growth goals.
    • Amplify Content & Events: Partner with the events team to transform webinars and field events into high-velocity growth engines through strategic distribution.
    • Data & Reporting: Create data-driven reports and dashboards for internal meetings and the executive team to track pipeline contribution and business objectives.
    • Execute Rapid Experiments: Run rapid-fire tests across paid social display and the website; hypothesize launch and optimize for key metrics like CAC and ROAS.
    • Move Fast: Speed is everything. We prioritize progress over perfection to find what works right now.
    • Measure and report on performance: track pipeline contribution CPL ROAS and iterate based on whats working (and whats not).

ABOUT YOU:

    • 13 years in a fast-paced analytical role (consulting banking or growth at a high-growth SaaS company).
    • Generalist Mindset: You are a quick learner who enjoys wearing many hats and navigating ambiguous fast-paced environments.
    • Growth Hacking DNA: You are obsessed with testing new tools AI-powered creative and underpriced media channels.
    • Data-Driven: You are highly quantitative and comfortable navigating complex data to inform your decisions.
    • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You want to be a founder one day and are self-motivated to work independently on tight timelines.
    • Detail-Oriented: You are organized and capable of managing multiple projects and changing priorities simultaneously.
$90000 - $125000 a year
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role is provided as a range within this job description. All offers include a competitive equity package and some offers may additionally include a variable compensation component. Actual compensation is determined on an individualized basis taking into consideration factors such as the candidates skills location qualifications experience and relevant education or additionRegaloffers a comprehensive set of employee benefits which are listed above. POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS:

This position is only available in New York City (HQ- Midtown). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F.
