Lead General Dentist Practice Leadership
A patient-focused dental practice is seeking a Lead General Dentist to provide high-quality clinical care while guiding a collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on dentistry with leadership and mentorship responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental exams and diagnose oral health conditions
Develop and present treatment plans to patients
Deliver high-quality clinical treatments
Lead and mentor dental team members
Collaborate with leadership to support practice performance
Maintain high standards of ethics and patient care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the applicable state)
Strong leadership and clinical skills
