Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI Automation & Architecture Lead to join our growing this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to automate various processes within our organization. You will also be responsible for designing and maintaining our overall AI architecture ensuring that it aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement AI solutions to automate processes within the organization such as project management scheduling and data analysis

- Design and maintain the overall AI architecture ensuring scalability reliability and security

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can be leveraged to improve efficiency and productivity

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization

- Train and educate team members on the use and benefits of AI solutions

- Monitor and analyze the performance of AI systems and make necessary adjustments to optimize their effectiveness

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI-related processes

- Act as a subject matter expert on AI and provide guidance to other team members as needed

- Lead and manage a team of AI developers and engineers providing mentorship and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing AI solutions preferably in a construction or related industry

- Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning natural language processing and computer vision

- Experience with AI development tools and platforms such as TensorFlow Keras and PyTorch

- Proficient in programming languages such as Python Java or C

- Knowledge of cloud computing and experience with cloud-based AI solutions

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong leadership and project management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

This is a full-time permanent position that can be performed either remotely or on-site depending on the candidates location. Our company is open to considering candidates from all over the world as long as they have the necessary qualifications and are able to work during our business hours.
