What youll build

SAP is reinventing how businesses run by embedding AI into every core business process at scale and with this role you will be part of the team that brings SAPs AI Strategy to life.

• You willmanage and drive the definition prioritization development and rollout of SAPs strategic AI Agents.
• You will translate business needs into scalable AI capabilities and drive crossfunctional execution across business process and engineering teams.
• Your work will directly impact how SAP adopts AI safely and at scale helping to unlock measurable business value through highquality responsible AI services.
• You will lead theendtoend lifecycle of AI Agents from mission definition design and safety guardrails to evaluation rollout and continuous improvement.
• You will beresponsible for deliveringoutcomedriven roadmaps that guide the development of nextgeneration enterprise AI features in close alignment with business process and engineering teams.
• Your leadership will enable SAP toadopt key AI capabilities faster improve customer experience and reduce complexity for global enterprise users.

What you bring

• 510 years of experience in product management solution management or process management; at least 3 years in enterprise environments ideally in LeadtoCash or GotoMarket areas.
• Strong understanding inAgentic AI Delivery toolbased workflows multiagent design prompt engineering RAG and evaluation frameworks.
• Proven strong ability to bringstructure to complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and storytelling skills.
• Handson experience working with data science and engineering teams inagile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with SAPs AI ecosystem and SAPs AI strategy
• Expertise in how to adapt AI/ML technologies for business outcome is a plus.
• A strategic mindset comfort with ambiguity and a passion for AI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
