Expert AI Transformation (mfd)

Your Tasks

• Support of end-to-end execution of strategic AI initiatives across business and technology domains
• Structuring of workstreams definition of milestones and contribution to clear delivery roadmaps
• Definition of use cases and requirements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
• Preparation of analyses business cases and decision materials for senior stakeholders
• Close coordination with Business AI Data Operations Product and Platform teams to ensure alignment and execution progress
• Tracking of milestones dependencies risks and resource requirements across initiatives
• Early identification of implementation challenges and proposal of practical mitigation measures
• Ensuring clarity of scope documentation and communication across stakeholders
• Contribution to value tracking performance measurement and impact assessment of AI initiatives
• Hands-on application of AI tools for demonstration and development of proof of concepts and minimum viable products including consideration of scalability toward production-ready solutions
• Support of governance processes and status reporting

Your Profile

• 5 years of experience in AI development transformation project management consulting or technology driven initiatives
• Experience in AI ML data or digital transformation environments
• Good understanding of Agentic AI Agentic Commerce Retail industry dynamics and customer care use cases
• Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business implications
• Experience collaborating across technical and business teams
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery approaches
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
