Support of end-to-end execution of strategic AI initiatives across business and technology domains
Structuring of workstreams definition of milestones and contribution to clear delivery roadmaps
Definition of use cases and requirements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Preparation of analyses business cases and decision materials for senior stakeholders
Close coordination with Business AI Data Operations Product and Platform teams to ensure alignment and execution progress
Tracking of milestones dependencies risks and resource requirements across initiatives
Early identification of implementation challenges and proposal of practical mitigation measures
Ensuring clarity of scope documentation and communication across stakeholders
Contribution to value tracking performance measurement and impact assessment of AI initiatives
Hands-on application of AI tools for demonstration and development of proof of concepts and minimum viable products including consideration of scalability toward production-ready solutions
Support of governance processes and status reporting
Your Profile
5 years of experience in AI development transformation project management consulting or technology driven initiatives
Experience in AI ML data or digital transformation environments
Good understanding of Agentic AI Agentic Commerce Retail industry dynamics and customer care use cases
Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business implications
Experience collaborating across technical and business teams
Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery approaches
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English; German is a plus
