The Manager Market Intelligence Procurement will lead the design and delivery of a centralized Market Intelligence Hub to support Nutriens procurement organization. This role is responsible for designing how market intelligence is captured curated and delivered at scale enabling procurement teams to make faster better-informed sourcing and negotiation decisions.

The successful candidate will translate market data into actionable procurement insights and partner closely with procurement stakeholders to influence sourcing strategy negotiations and risk management. Experience working with platforms such as Beroe ProcurementIQ SpendEdge or similar tools and the ability to convert market data into decision-ready insights will be critical to success in this role.

What Youll Do:

Build & Lead the Procurement Market Intelligence Hub
- Design and stand up a centralized Procurement market intelligence capability supporting multiple procurement categories
- Define the operating model: intake analysis validation and dissemination of insights
- Establish standards for market reports dashboards playbooks and alerts
Enable Procurement & Category Teams
- Partner closely with Category Management and Site Procurement teams
- Deliver insights on:
  - Supply market dynamics
  - Cost drivers & should-cost models
  - Supplier landscapes & risk
  - Commodity trends and forecasts
- Translate complex market data into clear decision-ready insights
Own & Optimize Market Intelligence Tools
- Act as the primary SME for market intel tools and external platforms
- Define use cases train stakeholders and ensure high adoption and ROI
- Evaluate and onboard new data sources as needed
Lead & Develop Capability
- Mentor analysts and help scale the function over time
- Develop procurement-specific market intelligence best practices
- Influence stakeholders with concise credible insights

What Youll Bring:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in market intelligence & procurement analytics
Demonstrated experience supporting procurement or category management teams
Hands-on experience with Beroe ProcurementIQ SpendEdge or similar market intelligence tools
Strong understanding of supply markets cost structures and sourcing strategies
Proven ability to translate external market data into clear actionable recommendations
Ability to engage with and influence procurement leaders
Experience building a market intelligence center of excellence or hub is preferred
Exposure to multiple procurement categories is considered an asset
