Position Overview:

The Financial Specialist will coordinate and provide all financial reports assist with relocation procedures and process all financial transactions as well as order all supplies for the lead abatement program(s). This position will help monitor the budget and report finances to the Program Supervisor on a routine basis. This position will act as the financial liaison between the lead abatement program(s) and HCPHs Finance Department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare correspondence and complete financial reports as required and provide program financial information as requested.
  • Process all payments and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and pick up Contractors and Clients checks and retain copies of check stubs and payments.
  • Serve as the financial liaison between Auditors Office Finance and Contractors.
  • Initiate and oversee all relocation procedures for eligible clients.
  • Communicate and document all client concerns for relocation.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED.

Education:

  • Two (2) years of experience in Finance or related field

Licensure:

  • Valid Texas drivers license and good driving record.
