IT Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT support to Measutronics employees regarding software hardware and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone email or chat in a timely manner.
- Install and configure computer systems network equipment and software applications.
- Assist in the maintenance and upgrading of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure efficient operation of all IT systems.
- Create and update documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant certification or degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Fity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
