Job Summary
Dental Director Buffalo NY
A patient-focused dental organization is seeking an experienced dentist to take on a leadership role within its clinical team. This position blends hands-on patient care with mentorship and team development in a supportive practice environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental exams and treatment planning
Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients
Lead and mentor dentists and support staff
Collaborate with operational teams to support practice success
Maintain high standards of ethics and patient care
Support team growth through coaching and development
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the applicable state)
