Corporate Controller

Mosaic Dealerships is seeking a highly experiencedCorporate Controllerto oversee financial operations across our multi-franchise dealership portfolio. This executive-level role requires a hands-on financial leader with deep automotive dealership accounting experience strong balance sheet expertise and advanced reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of dealership controller experience a proven ability to manage multiple franchises and extensive knowledge of CDK and Autotmate systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations across multiple dealership rooftops and franchises

• Lead monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting processes

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements balance sheets and consolidated reporting

• Manage and review month-end close procedures

• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with manufacturer and corporate requirements

• Oversee cash flow management floorplan reconciliations and intercompany transactions

• Prepare and analyze financial statements KPIs and operational performance metrics

• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting forecasting and strategic planning

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff across all locations

• Ensure compliance with state federal and manufacturer financial reporting standards

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals

Qualifications

• Minimum5 years of experienceas a Controller in a multi-franchise automotive dealership environment

• Strong knowledge ofdealership financial statements and balance sheet management

• Experience managing multiple franchise brands simultaneously

• Advanced proficiency inCDKandAutotmateDMS systems

• Comprehensive understanding of dealership accounting including:

  • Floorplan reconciliations

  • Factory receivables

  • Warranty receivables

  • Inventory controls

  • Fixed assets

• Proven leadership and team development experience

• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA preferred)
