Overview

Cypress Creek Renewables isseekinga talented and diligent intern to join its Fund Management team for the summer of 2026 toassistprimarily in the research and analysis of historical fund performance. The primary scope of work for this role will includetracking downhistorical financial data across the companys funds for analysis in the teams tool to track long-term fund performance. The ideal candidate would be currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program inbusinessfinance economics or engineering with a strong interest in a career in the renewable energy industry.

This role will report to the Senior Fund Manager but will work closely with other Fund Managers Asset Managers and Accountants. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to many different areas of the renewable energy industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track down historical financial datafrom a variety of sources including closing models accounting files and legacy modelsacross existing project financings in the CCR portfolio
• Analyze and appropriately format data for upload to Excel-basedfundperformance trackingmodel
• Enhancement of the fund performance tracking model to includeadditionalanalysis and metrics that will inform key decision-makers on fund health and portfolio optimization strategies
• Internship will culminate in a presentation of work completed tothe Executive Team

Requirements:

• Currentlyenrolled in aBachelorsor Mastersdegree program in Business Finance Economics Engineering or related field with a strong interest in renewable energy
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel

Locations: The location for this position is in Durham NC. We are on a hybrid schedule 3/week.

Compensation: The hourly rate for our undergraduate internships is $25/hr. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience and location.
