Payroll Coordinator
Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to be the day to day point of contact for employees on payroll queries. Provide relevant information and support to employees Finance and the HR community.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of processing of HR and payroll dataIdentifies and monitors variance between current and previous payrolls and address variancesCoordinates data and reporting requirements and solutions to HR Benefits Finance and Business units as well all regulatory authoritiesImplements new and improved payroll processes in collaboration with HR Operations Benefits Finance and the businessesSolves routine and complex employee issuesProvides ad-hoc HR financial information requests and project assistance as and when needed Supports the audit process liaising with external and internal auditor on appropriate information controls policies and proceduresProvides recommendations for enhancements to processes and systemsBuilds good working relationships with all business partners HR Finance and vendorsLocation:
