Primary Skills/Requirements

• Workday Payroll Functional expertise.
• Must have led 2 or more full lifecycle Workday US Payroll implementations demonstrating hands-on design/solutioning configuration and testing experience across all US Payroll solution areas
• Be able to identify strategies alternatives approaches risks and mitigations to meet requirements as well as assist in testing and resolving issues.
• Certified in Workday US Payroll (Not mandatory)
• Conduct working sessions with clients to understand gather and analyse business requirements
• Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM solution
• Configure the Workday US Payroll solution/Security
• Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototypes
• Work with clients to help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the Workday solution
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas
• Leverage prior Human Resources / Payroll / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
• Perform knowledge transfer with client throughout projects lifecycle

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Workday Payroll Certification (Preferred not mandatory)
• Any workday advanced certification recruiting compensation talent absence time tracking is good to have
• Previous experience on HCM solutions like PeopleSoft SAP will be advantage
• Practical experience gained on data migration and/or integrations projects (e.g. during to Cloud transformation projects)
• Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools (e.g. pivot tables)
