Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Provides contract related advice and support across broader business and contract areas.
Leads all aspects of contract development analysis and negotiation ensuring that deadlines are met proactively flagging roadblocks / barriers and working with team members to ensure their understanding timely engagement and alignment.
Drafts revises and negotiates commercial terms for sales orders service agreements statements of work restatements and amendments.
Reviews contract documentation content and provisions for accuracy compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Contributes to the development and negotiation of non-routine and specialized contract vehicles.
Advises relevant parties on approval requirements and ensures approvals are based on sound interpretation of corporate policies.
Recognizes unusual requirements and issues proactively keeping relevant managers and teams apprised.
Manages business partner client and other stakeholder communication.
Audits contract management processes and procedures identifying and recommending areas for improvement.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
